Decisions With Dignity

"We listen"

Facilitating courageous conversations among adult children and their aging parents

Talk to us about how we can help you.

Carolyn Rodis brings the training, skills and experience  needed to make your mediation succeed.  And, when others are not ready to come together, Carolyn can help you move the conversation forward with conflict coaching.

Carolyn concentrates in elder mediation, conflict coaching, and planning around aging concerns.

Mediation and conflict coaching create safe environments in which to have difficult conversations around issues that may arise with aging.  Participants are empowered to make decisions that work for them.
